Kumho Solus TA11 Tire Review
Welcome to this Kumho Solus TA11 Tire Review! These tires are designed for all weather driving. The Kumho Solus TA11 Tire is unique in that it offers solid all-weather traction with the high comfort level of touring tyres.
Does this sound too good to be true? For tires to be successful these days, rubber has to have versatility. Gone are the days when tires were just a truck pony. This is how the Kumho Solus TA11 Tire manages to excel.
It may be a little more expensive than usual, but as with all products that require more money than before, you get what you pay for in the Kumho Solus TA11 Tire. Don’t let the Playboy asymmetric business design fool you. It may sound simple, but it delivers better wet and dry performance than other performance tires with aggressive business designs.

What are the features of the Kumho Solus TA11 Tire Review
The Kumho Solus TA11 Tire TA11 is made from dual silicone tire compound. It is designed to dissipate heat faster than other silica-based rubbers. This means better fuel savings, longer tire wear and better grip on dry, wet or snowy roads.
The tires also benefit from Kumho’s patented Scott casing, which provides solid stability with excellent shock absorption capabilities. The Ascot casing is also responsible for better tire comfort.
The round shoulder asymmetrical tread design is complimented to improve the steering, handling and stability of your vehicle. This tire gets a small amount of contact patch for better high-speed traction and grip. Treads come with multiple waffle hooks for effectively grabbing or chopping on snowy and wet roads. There are four deep grooves to let the water flow and the treads stand off to provide a consistent grip.
What vehicles are ideal for Kumho Solus TA11 Tire?
The Kumho Solus TA11 Tire is offered in sizes from 13″ to 18″. This means the tire is ideal for a wide range of vehicle applications. The Kumho Solus TA11 Tire is an incredible option in contrast to Mazda 6, Toyota Corolla, Honda Accord, Ford Focus, and Hyundai Sonata. It is also ideal for entry level luxury cars or full size sedans such as the Toyota Avalon or Lincoln Town Car.
Kumho Solus TA11 Tire is also good for minivans like Toyota Sienna, Chrysler Town & Country, Chrysler Pacifica, Honda Odyssey, Dodge Grand Caravan, Kia Sedona and Kia Carnival.
But if you have a small crossover SUV, then the Kumho Solus TA11 also has you covered. It is a solid alternative to the Toyota RAV4, Honda CR-V, Kia Soul, Nissan Rogue and Hyundai Santa Fe.
How is the dry performance of Kumho Solus TA11 Tire?
The Kumho Solus TA11 feels like an elite tire in the dry. The tire can provide higher-than-normal grip, perfect steering feel, and better handling at average speeds. You’ll only miss out on the catch in high-speed and high-performance applications. But for everyday driving, the Kumho Solus TA11 will certainly take on the challenge.
Is Kumho Solus TA11 Tire ideal for wet weather driving?
Yes! The Kumho Solus TA11 Tire is capable of providing heavy grip on wet or slippery roads. Credit on business blocks goes to the little waffle. These gulps are plentiful and will cut through the road surface to find solid traction when you need it most.
Can Kumho Solus TA11 Tire handle snowy weather?
Absolutely. In fact, the Kumho Solus TA11 Tire has better snow tires than your average all-season tire. Most of the features of this tire are designed to increase the level of grip on wet, snowy or icy roads. Of course, we are only talking about light to moderate snowfall. If you live in harsh winters, only snow tires or all-weather tires will be able to hold onto deeper layers of icy snow.
Is Kumho Solus TA11 Tire comfortable and refined?
Yes! The Kumho Solus TA11 Tire contains the DNA of a touring tire. It offers high comfort on the highway and is not bad for city driving. The unique Ascot casing of the tire acts as a flexible shock absorber. This enables the tires to tread confidently over potholes and major road defects without disturbing the cabin occupants. In terms of ride comfort, the Kumho Solus TA11 Tire is considered the best at a budget-friendly price.
And it’s not just comfortable. It’s quieter than all-season cheap rubber sets. The tire can spin quietly at low to average speeds. But if you really push it, the road noise will increase as you accelerate.
Is Kumho Solus TA11 Tire an economical choice?
Remember when I said that the Kumho Solus TA11 Tire has the best features of a touring tire? In terms of wear, this tire is actually better than a suitable set of touring rubber. Proof of this is the standard warranty of 75,000 miles. Although not all tires can provide impressive weather traction, they still have low wear characteristics. Looks like the Kumho Solus TA11 Tire has all the bases covered!

Should I buy the Kumho Solus TA11 Tire Review?
Yes absolutely. The price should just be noticeable, but the Kumho Solus TA11 Tire can offer more than just a budget-friendly option. It is capable of providing massive traction and grip on wet, snowy, or dry roads. It is comfortable in both city and highway driving. It is relatively quiet and can last longer than the competition. It even has a cool sidewall design that adds a sporty vibe to your car or minivan.
My only gripes with this tire are fast handling and performance. In driving in a straight line, the Kumho Solus TA11 Tire is a revelation. But if you have a high-speed car that requires a high level of grip, you should consider buying a set of ultra-high performance all-season rubber. That’s when fast handling and sharp cornering are your priority in the new set of tires.
